Stanley J. Gaynor, President
Mr.
Gaynor joined Tishman in 1957, where his success in Construction
and Real Estate Brokerage earned him promotion to Regional Manager
of the Management Department. In this capacity, he was responsible
for the supervision of all management throughout the Midwest region.
He was in charge of all U.S. residential and commercial construction
(not including West Coast development). In 1970, Mr. Gaynor was
transferred from New York to head Tishman's Midwestern Management
Region.
In
addition to extensive experience in property management, retail
and commercial leasing, Mr. Gaynor has consulting experience in
new properties, reallocation, and existing high-rise residential,
retail and commercial structures. He is also an expert in the
development of "Air Rights" structures.
